Yeah, well done. Particularly like the Option ARM video (put on our blog). Add a few explosions and maybe the Ad Council will pick it up as a PSA... or maybe not.

Thanks - my favorite is the Option ARM one too. The crazy thing is that I was watching TV yesterday and browsing the internet - Guess what I saw? Yep, ads for the Option ARM all over the place. I think this one on TV was 3.5% interest - wow rates must of gone way down! LOL
Nothing mentioned about it being a NegAm. The tobacco industry has more regulation - "cigarettes may cause cancer, this, that, etc."
Brilliant! The numbers even changed to the music.

Excellent! I really wish this would have been made two years ago when people were calling us (people who thought this housing bubble was crazy) chicken littles.
If I would have had this tool to actually show them the MATH it would have taken the wind out of a lot of sails.
